		<description>As Biochar needs to be made in batches I would think it would be quite difficult to design a system that was easy to empty and recharge and refire. Not saying it can&#039;t be done but it would take some thinking and setup to do cleanly. Handling char in general is pretty messy and in general my firing times are about 2 hours long. But that process does create a lot of heat.

Maybe look up &quot;biomass heating system&quot; or &quot;Biochar gasfier&quot; Youtube has quite a few good videos on the subject.</description>
